USCIS Extends Flexibility for Responding to Agency Requests

코로나 바이러스 (COVID-19) 전염병에 대응하여, 다음과 같은 특정분야에 회신하는 신청자와 청원자를 돕고자 2020년 3월 30일에 발표된 유연성을 확대합니다.

Requests for Evidence;
Continuations to Request Evidence (N-14);
Notices of Intent to Deny;
Notices of Intent to Revoke;
Notices of Intent to Rescind and Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers;
Filing date requirements for Form N-336, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings (Under Section 336 of the INA); 또는
Filing date requirements for Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion.

통지/요청/결정 발행 날짜:
이러한 유연성은 상기 노티스에 기재된 발행날짜가 2020년 3월 1일에서 2020년 9월 11일 사이인 경우 적용됩니다.

회신 마감일:
상기 노티스에 기재된 회신기한 이후 60일까지 회신을 접수할 수 있습니다. 거절통보일로부터 60일 이내에 N-336 양식 또는 I-290B 양식을 접수할 수 있습니다.
