At S&L Medical Group, we have 12 convenient locations throughout Southern California that are fully equipped to expedite all your immigration medical examination. All immigration medical exams are conducted by a civil surgeon, a doctor designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform immigration physicals and sign the required form. We offer immigration physicals to children older than 6 months and adults of all ages.

Immigration Medical Exams I-693 – USCIS Approved Doctors in California (I-693)

Most immigration applicants will need just one visit to complete all the required exam. During the visit, we will review your vaccination record, obtain all required blood and urine tests, perform the medical examination, and provide required vaccinations. The medical examination will include a medical history review, physical examination, chest X-ray and blood tests for syphilis. The physical examination will at least include examination of the eyes, ears, nose and throat, extremities, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes and skin.
